WSOPE return to Europe
After a two years gap the World Series of Poker return to the largest Casino in Europe, King's Casino, for a massive come back.
The event will have place in King's Casino of Rozvadov, Czech Republic, that the last two years has work its way to become a referent in poker tournaments in Europe. The WSOPE will offer 11 gold bracelets to play for running from Oct 19 to Nov. 10 and there will be with over €20 million in guaranteed prize pools. In total, the festival will run for 44 consecutive days and will feature 84 events. You can check the full schedule below.
Highlights of this edition
There is no doubt that WSOPE want to make an opulent come back and they organized a massive €5.000.000 GTD Main Event with a €1.000.0000 guarantee for the winner. The WSOPE will be also boasting a massive Colossus event with 10 starting flights. With a €550 buy-in and a €2,000,000 guarantee, this event will presumably gather more than 4,000 participants and it is thought to become the largest field at this buy-in level in live poker history in Europe.
Another attraction of the WSOPE will be the ONE DROP High Roller, that last year made Elton Tsang win €11.111.111 in its Monaco edition. The event has a €10,000,000 guaranteed prize pool, is limited to 111 players and is fully booked since its announcement.
