Your loyalty points determine your level, while reward points can be converted into cash at a rate of 100 points per €1. Loyalty levels are calculated monthly, and if you don't meet the requirements, you will drop down a level.

All players are eligible for the Loyalty Lounge. Points are calculated monthly and can be converted to cash within the poker client. Points expire at the end of the following month, so they must be redeemed in time.
