TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The "Thursday Night Sports Tournament" promotion (the "Promotion") is governed by these Promotional Terms & Conditions and our General Website Terms & Conditions.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

2. The Promotion is available to Eligible Players (as defined below) every week from Thursday 20:00 (UK time) to Thursday 19:59 (UK time) (the "Promotional Week") starting from 04/05/2023.

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

3. The Promotion is open to real money customers of www.partypoker.com (the "Website") who:

• a. have a verified Website account;
• b. are over 18 years old
• c. have downloaded our poker client; and
• d. are eligible to receive Website Promotions.

(known as an "Eligible Player")

4. Eligible Players cannot participate in this Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country.

FREEROLL TOURNAMENT DETAILS

5. To join this Promotion, Eligible Players must place a Qualifying Bet (defined below) during a Promotional Week within the Promotional Period.

6. A "Qualifying Bet" is a bet that meets the following criteria:

• a. it is placed on any sports market during a Promotional Week;
• b. it is a minimum stake of £5 in cumulative bets;
• c. it is placed using real money only.
• d. it is placed at minimum odds of 2.0

7. Bets placed with free bets will not be considered as a Qualifying Bet.

8. Bets that are placed and then "cashed out" will not be considered as a Qualifying Bet.

9. Void bets will not be considered as a Qualifying Bet.

10. If an Eligible Player places more than one Qualifying Bet during the Promotional Week, their first Qualifying Bet will be counted towards the Promotion.

11. Upon placing a Qualifying Bet, an Eligible Player will receive one Poker Tournament Ticket to use in the weekly 'Thursday Night Sports Tournament' for a chance to win a share of $2,500.

12. An Eligible Player can receive a maximum of one Poker Tournament Ticket per Promotional Week, regardless of the number of Qualifying Bets placed during that week.

POKER TOURNAMENT SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

13. The Thursday Night Sports Tournament takes place every Thursday at 20:00 during the Promotional Period.

14. The Poker Tournament Ticket can only be used for the Thursday Night Sports Tournaments.

15. The Poker Tournament Ticket must be used within 15 days from the date it was credited, otherwise it will expire and not be reissued

16. To join the Thursday Night Sports Tournament, Eligible Players must download the Website’s poker client.

17. The Poker Tournament Ticket can be found in the “My Tickets” section of an Eligible Player’s Website account.

18. Any winnings from a Thursday Night Sports Tournament have no wagering requirements and will be paid in cash in USD, then immediately converted to the Eligible Player’s Website account currency.
