You receive 10 Loyalty Points for every €1 you pay in rake or tournament fees.

You receive Reward points based on your tier. Your Loyalty Points are used to calculate and set your level, while the Reward Points can be converted to cashback. Loyalty levels work on a month-to-month basis, and you must reach the point requirement to remain at your level. If you are unable to reach your monthly requirement, you will drop down one level.The higher your level, the more Reward Points you’ll get! You can find your Loyalty Lounge details and level in the My Account section of the poker client. You can convert your points to cash at a rate of 100 points to €1.
